1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Asawari Amit Chitale being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Ashok Mukund Patwardhan died intestate at Sangli on 15.04.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.04.2026 and Administration Bond dated 09.04.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
