1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sana Khalil Desai being daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Razia Khalil Desai died intestate at Mumbai on 13.02.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Khalil Ahmed Abdul Gafoor Desai died intestate at Jeddah, UAE on 21.04.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by one son, two daughters, one grandson, one minor granddaughter and one son-in-law. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. The son-in-law of deceased being father and natural guardian of the minor granddaughter has given consent on her behalf. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 07.04.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
