This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shahla Praveen Badruzzaman Khan being sister of deceased. Deceased namely Ghazala Shaheen Badruzzaman Khan died intestate at Mumbai on 06.10.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. Deceased is survived by one sister only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.03.2026 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
