1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Keyur Mugat Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Saryu Mugat Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 29.12.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Since, Schedule refers to the securities hence, Petitioner to annex the Identification proof of deceased.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by her husband, one son and three daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the husband and three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 04.03.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
