1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jigar Prakash Jain being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Deepa Jigar Jain died intestate at Mumbai on 13.10.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased is survived by husband, one son and one daughter. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 27.02.2026 are filed.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation is not completed hence, matter is adjourned till 18.04.2026.
