Perused the praecipe dated 04.03.2026 and the Petition. 4.

This Petition seeks issuance of probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of Gajanan Mahadeo Ganu. Petition is filed by the Executor named in the Will. The three beneficiaries and legal heirs named in the Will are the two married daughters and a son whose names and details have been given in paragraph No.8 of the Petition.

Consent Affidavits dated 19.10.2025 of Poonam Ajit Bhide and Ashwini Nitin Thatte, the married daughters of the deceased and Girish

M4.TP.1032.2026.doc Gajanan Ganu S/o Gajanan Mahadeo Ganu, son of the deceased is appended to the Petition. Affidavit of Executor and Affidavit of attesting witness are both appended to the Petition. I have perused the same. The same are in order.

For the averments mentioned in the Petition and submissions made by Mr. Saraf, Testamentary Petition is allowed in terms of the relief prayed.

7.

Testamentary Department is directed to issue grant / probate having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra subject to all other compliances and strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today positively.

With the above direction, Testamentary Petition stands disposed.
