Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Anusaya Sakharam Mastekar. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.8 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.6 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 4.

Consent affidavits dated 14.02.2026, 14.02.2026, 14.02.2026, 14.02.2026, 27.02.2026, 19.02.2026, 14.02.2026, 14.02.2026, 15.03.2026 and 16.03.2026 of Rajani Ramesh Bait, Aruna

M14.TP.1060.2026 Atmaram Saudalkar, Jayshila Wadekar, Sushant Anant Bhabale, Namdev Vishram Wadekar, Sunanda Ganpat Bane, Anant Bhabale, P. Pu. Ulhasgiri Maharaj, Sakharam Anant Jondhale and Atmaram Dhondu Raut, the legal heirs of the deceased are appended to page Nos. 38, 43, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 68, 72 and 75 of the Petition respectively.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer clause which reads thus:- "The Letters of Administration with Will annexed may be granted in favour of the Petitioners herein having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra."

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
