This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Baskar Ranganath, who is Son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Padma Ranganath, who said to be died intestate at Skokie, Illionis, USA, on 07.06.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased no. 1 viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

Deceased No. 2 namely Gopalasetty Ranganath, who said to be died intestate at Skokie,Illionis, USA, on 12.02.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B". Identification proof of deceased no. 2 viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of both deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased No 1 and 2 are husband and wife. Deceased was survived by only one son, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.03.2026. Only one legal heir hence Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
