1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vijaya Mangesh Wagh being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Padmanabh Mangesh Wagh died intestate at Mumbai on 21.03.1970. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 28.12.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. As per para No. 4 of the petition, deceased is survived by three daughters-in-laws, three grandsons and three granddaughters. Out of them one daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 24.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
