1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shobha Baban Sarvade being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Baban Ganpat Sarvade died intestate at Pune on 09.03.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by his widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 20.03.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned to 28.04.2026.
