1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Damayanti Nisarhusein Merchant being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Nisarhusein Sultanali Merchant died intestate at Mumbai on 07.01.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by his widow and two sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 27.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 10.03.2026 are filed.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned to 28.04.2026.
