Heard Mr. D'sa, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Present Petition is filed by Petitioners for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Cleta Harriet Olga Braganza. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent Affidavits dated 05.11.2025 of (1) Joseph Giles Braganza and Loyola Nelson Braganza, legal heirs of the deceased are appended at page No.12 and 14 of the Petition. 5.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of

M1.TP.1261.2026.doc unnumbered prayer clause which reads thus:- "'a'

The Petitioner therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant to the Petitioner Letter of Administration to the property and credits of the abovenamed deceased having effect throughout India." 6.

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 7.

Department is directed to issue the Letters of Administration as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 8.

Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.

Praecipe is disposed.
