1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Indumati Mansukhlal Shah being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Mansukhlal Premji Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 28.03.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 07.01.2026 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by his widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.04.2026 and Administration Bond dated 02.04.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 20.04.2026 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
