1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Purvi Pradip Mehta being mother of deceased. Deceased namely Manan Pradip Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 05.10.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 16.02.2026 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Deceased is survived by his mother who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.03.2026 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned to 28.04.2026.
