1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Subhash Sumat Prasad being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shakuntala Sumatprasad Jain died intestate at Mumbai on 07.11.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 30.01.2026 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 27.02.2026 is filed. As sole surviving legal heirs of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
