1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Madhu Rajkumar Batham being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Rajkumar Bansidhar Gupta died intestate at Pune on 15.03.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by his widow, one son and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.04.2026 and Administration Bond dated 08.04.2026 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
