1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mahesh Ganpat Kadam being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Parvati Ganpat Kadam died intestate at Mumbai on 28.05.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Ganpat Sakharam Kadam died intestate at Mumbai on 24.10.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Railway Pass is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were wife and husband. They are survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.04.2026 is filed. Administration Bond dated 10.04.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
