Present Misc. Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Penta Narayan S/O Meenayya Alias Narayan Minaiyya Penta Alias Narayan Minayya Penta. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph Nos.8 and 9 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

M14.MPT.246.2026.doc Penta, Anusurya Ramulu Yenaganti (Nee Name- Kalavati Narayan Penta), Sunita Pradeep Gundeti, Laxmi Ganesh Maheshwar, Jyoti Shankar Badugu and Laxmi Narsimhulu Boddu, the legal heirs are filed on record and appended at page Nos.35, 38, 41, 44, 47 and 50 of Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause 'a' which reads thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Legal Heirship Certificate in favour of the Petitioner and other legal heirs i.e. (1) Shankar Narayan Penta (2) Srinivas Narayana Penta (3) Anusurya Ramulu Yenaganti (4.a) Sunita Pradeep Gundeti (4.b) Laxmi Ganesh Maheshwar (4.c) Jyoti Shankar Badugu (4.d) Laxmi Narsimhulu Boddu under the provisions of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 certifying that the Petitioner and other legal heirs herein above are the only heir and legal representative of the deceased."

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 7.
Department is directed to issue the legal heirship certificate as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 8.
Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
