Heard Ms. Babar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

There is an inadvertent error in paragraph No.5 of the disposal order dated 05.03.2026. It is prima facie seen that name of 'Rakesh Raghunath Chavan' is categorically mentioned in prayerclause No.17(a) of the Petition. When that prayer clause is perused from the order which is passed the name of 'Rakesh Raghunath Chavan' is missing. It is inadvertent, apparent and typographical mistake on part of Court. The said mistake requires to be corrected. I have perused prayer clause No.17(a). The name of 'Rakesh Raghunath Chavan' be inserted as it is in between name of 'Kamlesh Raghunath Chavan' and 'Prashant Raghunath Chavan'.

Necessary correction be carried out in the original order and fresh copy be uploaded.

Needless to state that the timeline given in the order shall stands extended from the date of this order and Department to adhere with the same in accordance with law.
