1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks exemption of payment of court fees in the present Misc. Petition. In para No. 13 of the present petition, petitioner has stated that petitioner has already paid court fees of Rs.75,000/- in TP No. 3858 of 2025 which is also filed by the present petitioner for the same deceased.

2. The said TP No. 3858 of 2025 is filed for Letters of Administration for the properties of deceased namely Kamal S. Murdia. Since, deceased is same person in both the petitions, the present petition is covered by section 23 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. Petitioner therefore, entitled for exemption of court fees in the present petition.

3. In view of above, petitioner is granted exemption of payment of court fees in the present petition under section 23 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. Praecipe dated 24.03.2026 is disposed of.
