1. The present Misc. Petition is filed for Heirship Certificate of Anand Prabhakaran Nair by sister of deceased namely Anita Krishna Mohan.

2. As per para No. 12 of the petition, the TP No. 2628 of 2022 was filed for Letters of Administration for the estate of same deceased to the petitioner herein Anita Mohan being Constituted Attorney of Dr. Champavati Prabhakaran Nair being mother of deceased for the use and benefit of said Dr. Champavati. The said petition was granted and copy of grant is annexed to the present petition as Exhibit - "F".

3. The court fees of Rs.75,000/- has already been paid in TP No. 2628 of 2022 for the estate of same deceased. As per para No. 13 of the present petition, the said Dr. Champavati Prabhakaran Nair, died without administering one property of deceased. Since, deceased is same in both the petitions, petitioner is entitled for exemption of court fees in the present petition under section 23 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.

4. In view of the above, exemption of court fees is allowed as per section 23 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. Praecipe dated 27.02.2026 stands disposed of.
