Ms. Sonia Santis, for Respondent No. 3 and 8. ________________ CORAM: SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.
DATED: 1 APRIL 2026.
P.C.:
1) Review of the order dated 12 December 2025 is sought on the ground that this Court has erroneously granted relief in respect of only two workers (Respondent No.s 1 and 6 ) when the complaint was filed by the Union on behalf of the 500 workers. Page No.

Renuka 9-RPW-4-2026 2) When the Petition was heard on 12 September 2025, this Court has recorded submission on behalf of the Review Petitioner that the Union was espousing cause on behalf of the 200 workers. After noting the said submission, this Court has not accepted the same and has recorded a finding that the complaint was filed only on behalf of the eight workers. This Court cannot sit in appeal over its own finding under the guise of exercise of Review jurisdiction. No error apparent on face of the record is pointed out in the Review Petition. Review Petition is filed and argued as if it is an appeal in disguise. 3) Review Petition is accordingly rejected.
