All these matters have been listed today under the caption "For Direction" as the learned Registrar of the Execution Department has pointed out that although the Execution Applications have been filed two years after the date of the awards and although there is a prayer in Column-J for issuance of notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), without seeking issuance of the said notice, orders of this Court have been obtained under Order XXI Rule 3/6

46 of the CPC against the Garnishees, which could not have been done and that the said orders be recalled.

Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants apologizes to this Court for the mistake submitting that the same was through inadvertence and that this Court may recall all the respective orders and direct issuance of notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the CPC.
