When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent-Corporation and submits that as directed by this Court, demolition work in accordance with the order dated 20th June, 2025 has been carried out and tenders across the bar a report of the BMC dated 30th March, 2026. 3.

Ms. Kane, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that her client has informed that the demolition in accordance with the order of this Court has indeed been carried out. Nikita Gadgil 1/2

The report is taken on record.

It is observed from the photographs annexed to the report that there is debris after demolition lying on the writ land and in view of the public interest, the same needs to be removed. 6.

Let the Applicant and Corporation mutually work out a convenient method to remove the said debris within a period of two weeks.
