By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon (1) Jyoti Naresh Punwani, daughter-in-law of the deceased (2) Neelam Mulachandani, Daughter of Radhika Mulchandani, by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Bharat Times" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, widely circulated in Mumbai. 3.
Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit that, the deceased died as bachelor. It is stated that the citation sent for service upon 1) Jyoti Naresh Punwani, daughter-in-law of the deceased (2) Neelam Mulachandani, Daughter of Radhika Mulchandani, through the bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay, but the same could not be served upon them as they were not residing at the addresses since last 30 years. The bailiff has filed an affidavit of service dated 12th December 2025. It is further stated that the Applicants are not known present address of (1) Jyoti Naresh Punwani, (2) Neelam Mulachandani, Daughter of Radhika

Mulchandani. The Applicants, therefore, requested to permit them to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Bharat Times" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, widely circulated in Mumbai. 4.
Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the deceased died as bachelor. He submits that, the citation sent for service upon (1) Jyoti Naresh Punwani, (2) Neelam Mulachandani, legal heirs, through the bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay, but the same could not be served upon them as they were not residing at the addresses since last 30 years. The bailiff has filed an affidavit of service dated 12th December 2025. He further submits that, the Applicants are not known present address of (1) Jyoti Naresh Punwani, and (2) Neelam Mulachandani. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 9 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Bharat Times" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of citation upon (1) Jyoti Naresh Punwani,
(2) Neelam Mulachandani, legal heirs of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
