By this preacipe dated 23rd February 2026 the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks permission to modify the Order dated 22nd January 2026 whereby it was ordered to publish the citation by way of substituted service in two newspapers i.e. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and "Nav Bharat Times" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, widely circulated in the Mumbai. 2.

Perused the Additional affidavit dated 15th January 2026. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that as per the direction the citation was published in "Free Press Journal" in English Language and "Nav Bharat Times" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, and it was informed by the newspapers publisher that "Nav Bharat Times" is not having any circulation in Mumbai. He further submits that, Applicant be permitted to publish the citation in "Nav Bharat" in Hindi language which is having wide circulation in Mumbai and the time to publish the same be extended by two weeks.

Order dated 22nd January 2026 is modified as under: "Applicant to publish the citation in newspaper "Nav Bharat" in Hindi language instead of "Nav Bharat Times" having wide circulation in Mumbai."

Time to comply with the directions is extended by two weeks from the date of uploading this Order and file affidavit of publication within two weeks thereafter once the publication is done.
