By the present Chamber Order the Applicant viz. Sandeep Sopan Kokate seeks amendment in the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner Vimal Sopan Kokate, expired on 5th September 2025. He further submits that, in view of the death of the Petitioner, the applicant who is son of the deceased be permitted to substitute is name as Petitioner and delete the Original Petitioner and also to carry out all consequential amendment in the Petition. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendments as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.
