This Chamber Order is taken out by the Plaintiff for discharge of Advocate firm viz. A & P Partners as Advocate for the Plaintiff.

The Applicant in the affidavit in support has stated that, the Applicant had decided to engage and appoint another Advocate Shri Prasad Nagargoje to represent for the Plaintiff in the above Suit, but in the absence of No Objection Certificate from the previously appointed Advocate the present Advocate could not file his Vakalatnama in accordance with the law. The Plaintiff vide notice dated 7th January 2026 informed the Advocate A & P Partners to give No Objection Certificate and requested that, the said letter be treated as a notice under Rule 187 of the Bombay High Court, Original Side Rule, 1980. The said letter was duly served upon the Advocate A & P Partners on 7th January 2026 and the same is at Exhibit 'A' of the Chamber Order.

Today, none present on behalf of the A & P Partners. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Chamber Order is allowed. A & P Partners, Advocate is hereby discharged as Advocate for the Plaintiff in Suit No. 1249 of 2018.
