By this Chamber Order the Applicant applies for service of Interim Application No. 121 of 2025 upon (1) Shri Dharmesh Mohanlal Vyas, Defendant No 2; (2) Shri Murlidhar Purshottam Vyas, Defendant No. 3; (3) Shri Ramshankar Moolshankar Vyas, Defendant No. 4 and (4) Shri Narayandas Karunashankar Vyas, Defendant No. 6, by way of substituted service by publishing the same in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, having wide circulation in Mumbai.

Perused the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the service of Interim Application could not be effected upon the Defendant Nos. 2,3,4 and 6 as RPAD package were returned by the postal authority with remark "Addressee Left, unclaimed". She prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant is directed to publish the Interim Application without annexures in two newspapers viz. "Free

Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, having vide circulation in Mumbai as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within two weeks from the date of the uploading this Order.
