By this Chamber Order the Applicant / Petitioner seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that, the deceased was spinster and left behind her no surviving heirs according to the Hindu Succession Act. He further submits that the deceased had left no legal heirs as per the schedule I as well as agnates and cognates and Applicant had taken search and came to know that the parents of the deceased are also predeceased. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant / Petitioner is directed to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to carry out the consequential amendment within two weeks.
