By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the notice under Order XXI Rule 34 Civil Procedure Code 1908 upon unserved Respondent No. 1 to 3, 4(a), 4(b), 5, 6, 9, 10(b), 10(c), 11(a) to 11(c), 12 and also upon Respondent Nos. 4(c) to 4(h) as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the service of Notice was attempted to be served upon above Respondents but the same could not be served upon them for the reasons mentioned more particularly in the affidavit in support. He, therefore, prays that, the Applicant be permitted to serve the Notice by way of substituted service by publication in two local newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai and in the State of Maharashtra.

Perused the affidavit in support. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Applicant to publish the Notice
