1. This Chamber Order is filed by the Plaintiff / Applicants for discharge of Elixir Legal Services, as Advocates on record for the Plaintiffs on the various grounds as stated in the Affidavit-in-support of Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate of Elixir Legal Services tender affidavit in reply wherein the Learned Advocates denied the statements made by the Plaintiffs in affidavit in support of Chamber Order. The said Affidavit is not affirmed, hence, it is returned to the Advocate. The Ld. Advoccate undertakes to file the said Affidavit duly affirmed, within a week from today.

3. The Ld. Advocate of Elixir Legal Services appearing for the Plaintiffs objects the Chamber Order on the ground that the Plaintiffs never informed or communicated their intention of removing the said Advocates in the aforesaid Suit.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and since the Plaintiffs do not want to continue Advocate Elixir Legal Services in the above Suit, they cannot be
