Ld. Advocate for the Applicants / Plaintiffs submits that, the Sheriff of Bombay did not receive any acknowledgment from the postal department of having effected service of Writ of Summons upon the Defendant No. 12. She, therefore, applies for extension of time to file affidavit of service.

It appears from the affidavit of bailiff dated 16th October 2025 that, the RPAD packet containing writ of summons sent for service upon Defendant Nos. 3, 9 and 11, neither RPAD packet nor acknowledgment were received by the Sheriff of Bombay till date. 3.

Applicant / Plaintiff is directed to once again take steps to serve the writ of summons upon Defendant Nos. 3, 9, and 11 and file affidavit of service on or before 24th March, 2025. 4.
