Ld. Advocate for Applicant / Plaintiff submits that, the Sheriff of Bombay did not receive acknowledgment card in respect of the Writ of Summons sent to the Defendant No. 3, 9, 11 and 12 have not been received but the postal track report states that envelops containing writ of summons delivered to the Defendant Nos. 3, 9, 11 and 12. She, therefore, requests that, the Plaintiff be permitted to file an affidavit of service on the basis of postal tract report.

Applicant/Plaintiff is permitted to file affidavit of service through Sheriff of Bombay on the basis of postal tract report have been delivered the writ of summons upon the Defendant No. 3, 9, 11 and 12 within two weeks from today.
