By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 2 being niece of the deceased and as per law applicable to Muslims, she is not entitled to file the Petition. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within four weeks from today.
