Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended that vide conditional Order dated 10.12.2025, Applicant was directed to remove office objections within two weeks. Due to inadvertence and oversight on the part of Advocate, office objections remained to be complied within prescribed time and the matter got rejected. It is further contended that grave prejudice will be caused to the applicant if captioned petition is not restored to file Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that now, she will pursue captioned Petition diligently and therefore, prays that delay of 11 days caused in filing present Chamber Order may be condoned and Chamber Order may be granted.

In view thereof, delay of 11 days, caused in filing present Chamber Order, is condoned and the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,500/-, to be .... 2
