By this Chamber Order the Applicant / Petitioner seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that, the error was committed inadvertently while filing the present Petition which was not deliberately and/or intentionally. He further submits that, the Applicant to transpose the Petitioner as legal heir and to transpose Shri Shailesh Ramkrishna Naik as party Petitioner and also to carry out consequential amendment as mentioned in the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant / Petitioner is directed to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to carry out the consequential amendment within two weeks.
