This Chamber Order is taken out for the purpose of substituted service of citation upon (1) Shivaji Keshav Parte, (2) Gunaji Ratnu Bendal, (3) Shamika Sunil Agre and (4) Akshay Gunaji Bendal, legal heirs of the deceased.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant got amended the Petition and the citation is to be served at the last known address of (1) Gunaji Ratnu Bendal, (2) Shamika Sunil Agre and (3) Akshay Gunaji Bendal, is required to be served. He, therefore, seeks two weeks time and also to file additional affidavit in respect of the service affected upon the abovenamed legal heirs .
