By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the Affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, since the mother of the deceased who is Class I heirs of the deceased is alive the name of the father of the deceased is required to be deleted from the Petition. She, therefore, pays that, the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment and also to dispense with the reverification.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within three weeks from today. Reverification dispensed with.
