By this preacipe dated 26th March 2026, the Applicant seeks change of newspaper in vernacular language in which the citation is to be published as per Order dated 12th March 2026. 2.

Perused the additional affidavit dated 23rd March 2026, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, by the Order dated 12th March 2026, the Applicant was directed to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navbharat" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi. She further submits that the cost for publishing vernacular language is exorbitant. She, therefore, prays that, the Applicant be permitted to publish the newspapers in "Dainik Bhaskar" instead of "Navbharat" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi.

In view of the above, Order dated 12th March 2026 stands modified to the extent that the citation to be published in vernacular language i.e. Hindi in "Dainik Bhaskar" instead of "Navbharat" having circulation in Mumbai.
