By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks deletion of Petitioner No. 2 Shri Amol Anand Deshpande and bring his legal heirs on record and carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that Petitioner No. 2 Shri Amol Anand Deshpande has died on 10th October 2025 leaving behind his legal heirs. She further submits that, his legal heirs are required to be brought on record and his name is to be deleted from the title of the Petition. She, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment in the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
