1. As directed in order dated 13.03.2026, the Ld. Advocate seeking discharge has filed Affidavit in support of Chamber Order on 17.03.2026. It is stated in the Affidavit in support that due to continuous non-payment of professional fees, they addressed a letter dated 16.10.2021 to the instructing Defendant Nos. 1 and 4, inter alia, demanding to clear professional fees in the matter and to collect the papers and proceedings and appoint any new Advocate. Accordingly, on 14.10.2021, one Mr. Abhay Londhe, Representative of Defendant Nos. 1 to 6 has collected the papers and proceedings from the Advocates. Receipt with regard to the same is annexed at Exhibit - "B" to the Affidavit in support.

2. The Ld. Advocates have addressed a letter dated 06.01.2026 to the Defendant Nos. 1 and 4 at their address at Bhayander and Andheri informing therein that their office has already returned the papers and proceedings to the Representative Mr. Abhay Londhe on 14.10.2021 and they were informed to approach their office with Vakalatnama of any Advocate for their No Objection, failing which appropriate discharge application will be taken out in the matter. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances and since the notice about discharge application is already given to the Defendants and papers are returned by the Ld. Advocate appearing for Defendant Nos. 1 to 6, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocates M/s. Vinod Mistry & Co. are hereby discharged as Advocates for Defendant Nos. 1 to 6 in Suit No. 2571 of 2008. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Vinod Mistry & Co. as Advocates for Defendant Nos. 1 to 6 in Suit No. 2571 of 4.

Chamber Order is disposed of accordingly.
