By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition by deleting the name of present Petitioner Shrikant Sadashiv Khandekar, who has expired and add the name of Chiti Ajay Kulkarni, as Petitioner as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Original Petitioner who is uncle of the deceased has expired and the deceased died as spinster. She further submits that, the Applicant intends to add her name as a Petitioner and applies for amendment of the Petitioner as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within four weeks from today and also to carry out consequential amendment. 23.02.2026 Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl.
