By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment of the Testamentary Petition as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the Affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner who is Sole Executor died on 13th December 2025. He further submits that, the deceased had also appointed the present Applicant Kshitij Arvind Nagwekar as Executor in the event the Petitioner fails to obtain probate of the Will. He further submits that, since the Petitioner has expired on 13th December 2025, the Applicant be permitted to substitute him in place of the present Petitioner and to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to carry out consequential amendment in the Petition.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also consequential
