27. CHOL/167/2026 IN WP(L)/16234/2024 Ms. Manisha Gawde, AGP for Respondent No. 1 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 17.12.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Affidavit of Service showing service of Chamber Order upon other side is e-filed.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended that vide conditional Order dated 17.12.2025, Applicant was directed to remove office objections within two weeks. The assistant of Advocate on record immediately approached the concerned department and removed some of the office objections. However, due to Christmas vacation, all the office objections could not be removed within time and the matter got rejected. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that now, he will pursue captioned Petition diligently and therefore, prays that the present Chamber Order may be granted by condoning delay of 30 days caused in filing Chamber Order.

Reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support appears to be bonafide, and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Further, Advocate had removed some of the office objections. Hence, delay of 30 days caused in filing present Chamber Order is condoned and the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
