The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 16.01.2026, rejecting captioned Arbitration Application under O.S.Rule 986 for noncompliance of office objections. Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that all office objections were complied with, however, additional objections were raised on 30.01.2026, which were complied with on 31.01.2026. But, it was informed that time expired on 30.01.2026. Therefore, it is prayed that captioned Application may be restored to file.

Considering grounds raised in Affidavit, it transpires that the applicant had made attempts to comply office objections.

Therefore, in my view, the applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with captioned Application. No prejudice would cause to the respondent since respondent can contest matter on its own merits. Hence, in the interest of justice, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The applicant to remove office objection of Application and get the same registered and/or numbered by filing compliance praecipe within a week from the date of uploading of order, failing Application to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
