By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the name of the Petitioner is shown in the legal heirs clause inadvertently. He further submits that Shraddha Satyavan Pangerkar, the Petitioner is the sister of the deceased who is not Class I heir. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and carry out the consequential amendment.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant / Petitioner to carry out the
