By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Original Petitioner Manik Balu Hatangale has expired on 16th October 2025. He further submits that, the Applicant be permitted to delete the name of the Petitioner and substitute her name as a Petitioner and also amend the Petition as per schedule by bringing the legal heirs on records.

Perused the Affidavit in support. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within two weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
