The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 12.09.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that due to work and travel commitments, the applicant was unable to contact surviving family members of the deceased to gather information. It is further contended that the applicant was not having access to personal documents and therefore, he could not provide legible identification proof of the deceased. Ld. Advocate for applicant made a statement that as on date, captioned Petition is uncontested. Statement is accepted.

Office informed that there is delay of 72 days in filing present Chamber Order. Ld. Advocate submits that for the aforesaid reasons, delay is caused, which was not intentional and prays for condonation of the same.

Grounds mentioned in Affidavit appear to be genuine and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Hence, in the interest of justice, delay of 72 days caused in filing present Chamber Order is condoned and the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The petitioner to remove office objections of Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered by filing compliance praecipe
