By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks liberty to delete the name of Petitioner No. 1 from the cause title and add the name of legal heirs Petitioner No. 1 and carry out thee amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 1 Deepak Pandurang Parulekar expired on 21st January 2026. He, therefore, prays that, the Applicant be permitted to delete the name of Petitioner No. 1 and bring on record his legal heirs and Applicant be allowed to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.
